As the 2020 season begins to pick up speed for the first race of the Road to Indy series presented by Cooper Tires, drivers, sponsors and teams are looking for a competitive edge to help propel them to the front of the pack. It looks like Legacy Autosport may have found their edge, by signing engineer Matt Curry to the Legacy Team. Here is a closer look at some of Matt’s impressive resume and career highlights:

Away from the track, Matt has spent his free time coaching youth athletics and cheering on his children. “I enjoy sharing my passion for competition and encouraging the importance of camaraderie and teamwork.”

As Legacy Autosport finishes up the fine tuning on their USF 2000 cars and Indy Pro 2000 car, they will begin their extensive pre-season testing program for the 2020 season. There is even more exciting news to come! “We still have one seat available for USF 2000 and one seat for Indy Pro 2000″, said Mike Meyer. With Matt as Engineering Director of Legacy Autosport, it will be exciting to see what will happen at the season opener in St. Petersburg, March 13th-15th and beyond.
